Malte Luecken: "How Not to Waste your Data! Building an Single-Cell Analysis Pipeline"

Data analysis is often seen as a service. You provide your data to someone, who then runs a few scripts and gives you the answers you were looking for. Using the example of single-cell RNA-sequencing, Malte makes the case that data analysis is not as linear as it is sometimes perceived. There are many ways to look at the data, each of which can provide a unique perspective. Choosing to look at only one of these means not using the full potential that lies within the data.
